The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, generate qualified leads, and maximize ROI through data-driven optimization and cutting-edge digital tactics.

Digital Marketing Manager responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing 2. Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) with monthly budgets exceeding $50K 3. Lead SEO strategy including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy to improve organic search rankings 4. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions 5. Manage social media advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter with proven ROI measurement 6. Oversee email marketing automation, segmentation strategies, and lead nurturing campaigns 7. Collaborate with content team to develop high-converting landing pages and marketing collateral 8. Prepare and present monthly performance reports with KPI analysis and recommendations

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 2. 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven track record of ROI 3. Expert proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager 4. Demonstrated experience managing monthly digital ad budgets of $30K+ 5. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns 6. Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) 7. Proven success in SEO/SEM strategies and implementation 8. Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

1. Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) and Google Ads certifications 2. Experience in B2B digital marketing strategies 3. HubSpot or Marketo certification 4.
