3. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, setting clear KPIs and performance metrics
4. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
5. Oversee website optimization, conversion rate optimization, and user experience enhancements
6. Implement and manage marketing automation platforms and CRM integration
7. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue objectives
8. Monitor and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other tools
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2. 8+ years of digital marketing experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
4. Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
5. Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing
6. Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
