Analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other digital tools 4. Manage digital advertising budgets across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn 5. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, development, SEO) to ensure campaign alignment 6. Prepare and present monthly performance reports with actionable insights 7. Identify growth opportunities and upsell additional services to existing clients 8. Stay current with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices

Must-Have Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in digital account management or digital marketing 2. Proven track record of managing $500K+ annual digital marketing budgets 3. Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager 4. Demonstrated ability to grow client accounts and maintain 90%+ retention rates 5. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance data 6. Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions 7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 8. Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

1. Agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously 2. Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Facebook Blueprint 3. Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot) 4. Knowledge of SEO best practices and technical SEO requirements 5.
