Job Overview

As a CRM Director, you will lead our customer relationship management strategy and execution, driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. CRM Director responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty 2. Manage and optimize CRM technology stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms) 3. Lead customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization initiatives 4. Oversee customer data management, governance, and analytics 5. Drive email marketing, automation, and multi-channel campaign execution 6. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer journeys 7. Establish and monitor KPIs for customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue impact 8. Must-Have Requirements
