5. Present creative concepts and campaigns to senior leadership and key stakeholders
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards and meeting deadlines
7. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure creative alignment with business goals
8. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts in the US market
1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or related field
2. 8+ years of progressive experience in creative roles within advertising agencies or in-house creative teams
3. Proven portfolio demonstrating successful integrated campaigns for major US brands
4. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
5. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles
6. Experience managing and mentoring creative teams of 5+ members
7. Excellent presentation skills with experience pitching to C-level executives
8. Deep knowledge of US market trends and consumer behavior patterns
