3. Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all channels and touchpoints
4. Manage marketing budget allocation and optimize spend across channels for maximum ROI
5. Build and mentor high-performing marketing teams across content, digital, analytics, and creative functions
6. Establish KPIs and implement data-driven measurement frameworks to track marketing performance
7. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through targeted marketing initiatives
8. Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing with overall business strategy
1. 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience with 5+ years in CMO or senior marketing executive role
2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
3. Extensive experience in digital marketing transformation and modern marketing technology stacks
4. Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performance marketing teams
5. Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets
6. Expertise in marketing analytics, ROI measurement, and data-driven decision making
7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
