3. Lead and train warehouse staff, providing performance feedback and scheduling shifts
4. Implement and enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
5. Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency
6. Coordinate with transportation and logistics partners for timely deliveries
7. Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management System) for inventory tracking and order processing
8. Monitor KPIs including order accuracy, on-time shipments, and inventory accuracy rates
9. Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and forklift certification compliance
10. Prepare and analyze operational reports for management review
1. 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in distribution or logistics environment
2. Proven proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
3. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety protocols
4. Experience with inventory management and cycle counting procedures
5. Ability to operate and train others on warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills with direct reports experience
7. High school diploma or equivalent required
8. Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
9. Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
2. Experience with ERP systems integration (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
3. Certification in warehouse management or logistics (APICS, CLTD)
4. Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) for diverse workforce communication
