4. Lead a team of 15+ warehouse associates, including hiring, training, and performance management
5. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety protocols
6. Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency
7. Manage relationships with carriers and logistics partners
8. Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities
9. Implement lean warehouse principles and continuous improvement initiatives
1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
2. 5+ years of warehouse management experience in US operations
3. Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP software
4. Demonstrated experience with inventory management and loss prevention
5. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance
6. Proven leadership skills with experience managing 10+ team members
7. Valid driver's license and clean driving record
8. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate warehouse equipment
