6. Lead cross-functional collaboration with procurement, production, and sales teams

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
2. 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management roles
3. Proven expertise in inventory management, demand planning, and logistics optimization
4. Strong negotiation skills with experience managing vendor contracts and relationships
5. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and supply chain software
6. Demonstrated experience in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
8. Knowledge of US supply chain regulations and compliance requirements
9. Strong leadership and team management capabilities
