We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role involves analyzing logistics data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency across procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks in the US market.

Supply Chain Analyst responsibilities include:

1. Analyze and interpret supply chain data using SQL and Tableau to identify trends and inefficiencies 2. Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory optimization strategies 3. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations 4. Collaborate with procurement teams to assess vendor performance and negotiate contracts 5. Optimize transportation routes and reduce logistics costs through data-driven recommendations 6. Implement demand forecasting models to improve inventory turnover 7. Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and develop mitigation plans

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field 2. 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or logistics optimization 3. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis 4. Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas 5. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) 6. Knowledge of US logistics regulations and transportation networks 7. Demonstrated ability to reduce supply chain costs by 5-10% in previous roles

Preferred Qualifications

1. APICS CPIM or CSCP certification 2. Experience with Python or R for supply chain analytics 3. Background in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies 4. Experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) 5. Knowledge of international trade compliance and customs regulations 6. Experience in retail or manufacturing supply chain environments
