1. Accurately pick products according to order specifications using RF scanners or pick lists 2. Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks, order pickers, and forklifts (if certified) 3. Verify product codes, quantities, and quality during picking process 4. Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards 5. Maintain organized and clean work areas to ensure safety compliance 6. Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets for order fulfillment 7. Report inventory discrepancies and damaged products to supervisors 8. Assist in cycle counting and inventory management activities

Must-Have Requirements

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent 2. Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift 3. Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities 4. Comfort working in warehouse environment with varying temperatures 5. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts) 6. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record 7. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed 8. No prior experience required - training provided
