1. Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management 2. Schedule and track domestic shipments using carrier systems and TMS software 3. Negotiate rates with carriers and maintain carrier relationships 4. Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs paperwork 5. Resolve logistics issues including delays, damages, and compliance matters 6. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipment status, and logistics costs 7. Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to meet delivery requirements

Must-Have Requirements

1. 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination 2. Proficiency with logistics software (TMS, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite 3.
