Must-Have Requirements

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school 2. Admission to at least one state bar (active and in good standing) 3. 0-2 years of relevant legal experience in corporate or law firm environment 4. Strong legal research and writing skills with attention to detail 5. Basic understanding of contract law and corporate legal principles 6. Proficiency in legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar) 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
