1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of compliance, audit, or regulatory experience in a U.S. corporate environment.
3. Strong knowledge of U.S. regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCPA, Dodd-Frank, AML, GDPR).
4. Experience conducting compliance audits and risk assessments.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
6. Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and training.
