Asset Manager responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement asset-level business plans and investment strategies 2. Conduct regular financial performance analysis and valuation modeling 3. Monitor market trends in commercial real estate across US regions 4. Oversee property management teams and third-party vendors 5. Prepare detailed investment reports and performance metrics 6. Manage lease negotiations and tenant relationships 7. Coordinate with acquisition and disposition teams on portfolio optimization 8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and investment guidelines

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field 2. 5+ years of asset management experience in US commercial real estate 3. Proven track record of managing $100M+ portfolio 4. Expertise in financial modeling and investment analysis 5. Strong understanding of US real estate markets and valuation methods 6. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills 7. Proficiency in Argus Enterprise and advanced Excel modeling

Preferred Qualifications

1. MBA or Master's in Real Estate/Finance 2. CFA, CAIA, or CCIM designation 3. Experience with multiple asset classes (office, retail, industrial, multifamily) 4.
