Must-Have Requirements

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent 2. Valid state driver's license with clean driving record 3. Firefighter I and II certification from accredited academy 4. Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Basic certification 5. Physical ability to pass CPAT (Candidate Physical Ability Test) 6. Successful completion of background investigation and drug screening 7. Ability to work 24-hour shifts and respond to emergencies 8. Strong teamwork and communication skills 9. Knowledge of fire behavior, suppression techniques, and rescue procedures 10.
