Monitor network performance, analyze traffic patterns, and implement solutions to optimize bandwidth and minimize latency. 3. Diagnose and resolve complex voice and data network issues, providing Tier 2/3 support and minimizing downtime. 4. Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems for telecommunications infrastructure. 5. Collaborate with ISPs and vendors to provision circuits, manage service level agreements (SLAs), and troubleshoot carrier-related issues. 6. Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including topology maps, configuration details, and operational procedures. 7. Plan and execute telecommunications system upgrades and migrations with minimal disruption to business operations.

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 2. Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex telecommunications systems. 3. Proven expertise with VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, SCCP) and experience with major PBX/UC platforms (e.g., Cisco CUCM, Avaya, Mitel). 4. Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, including TCP/IP, QoS, MPLS, VLANs, and Ethernet. 5. Industry-standard certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA Voice/Collaboration, or equivalent. 6.
