1. Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends
3. Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
4. Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
5. Manage product backlog and prioritize features for development sprints
6. Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
7. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams on go-to-market strategies and product launches
8. Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market response
9. Make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience
10. Manage product budget, resources, and timeline constraints
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
2. 5+ years of software product management experience in US market
3. Proven track record of managing all aspects of successful software product launches
4. Strong technical background with understanding of software development processes
5. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Aha!, Productboard)
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
7. Demonstrated ability to translate complex customer needs into technical requirements
8. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
9. Exceptional communication and presentation skills
10. Experience with product analytics tools and data-driven decision making
Preferred Qualifications
1. MBA or advanced degree in relevant field
2. Experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or enterprise software products
3. Background in both startup and established technology company environments
4. Product management certification (Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM, or similar)
5. Experience with AI/ML products or data-intensive applications
6. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and customer journey mapping
7. Experience with API products and platform development
8. Background in specific vertical markets (healthcare, finance, retail technology)
9. Experience with international product expansion and localization
10. Proven ability to build and mentor product management teams
