Software Engineer responsibilities include:
1. Design, code, test, and debug complex software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks
2. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
3. Implement and optimize database schemas and queries for performance and scalability
4. Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications
5. Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards
6. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
7. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across development, testing, and production environments
8. Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes
9. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
2. 3+ years of professional software development experience
3. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or Go)
4. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles
5. Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL
6. Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
7. Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
8. Experience with REST API development and integration
9. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
2. Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
3. Front-end development experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js
4. Understanding of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
