1. Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications using modern technologies
2. Lead the technical architecture and implementation of complex systems and features
3. Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices across the development team
4. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions
5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments
6. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
7. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
8. Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability and security
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
2. 5+ years of professional software development experience
3. Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or Go)
4. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
5. Proficiency in database technologies (SQL and NoSQL databases)
6. Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
7. Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
