The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies. You will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, mentoring junior developers, and delivering high-quality, scalable software that meets business objectives in a fast-paced US market environment.
1. Design and develop scalable, high-performance software applications using modern technologies
2. Lead technical architecture decisions and implement best practices for code quality and system reliability
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers
4. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members
5. Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate testing processes
6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
7. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security
8. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in the US software market
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
2. 5+ years of professional software development experience
3. Expertise in at least two programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#)
4. Strong experience with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, Spring Boot)
5. Proficiency with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
6. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
7. Solid understanding of software architecture patterns and design principles
8. Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
2. Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
3. Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
