Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality Salesforce applications, integrating third-party systems, and providing technical expertise to optimize business processes and enhance customer relationship management capabilities.
Salesforce Developer responsibilities include:
1. Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
2. Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
3. Develop and optimize Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and process builders
4. Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, and page layouts
5. Perform data migrations using Data Loader and other ETL tools
6. Implement security measures and configure sharing rules within Salesforce
7. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce environment issues
8. Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
9. Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implementations
10. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
1. 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in US-based projects
2. Proficiency in Apex programming language and Visualforce page development
3. Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Framework and Lightning Web Components
4. Expertise in Salesforce data model and security model implementation
5. Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and REST/SOAP APIs
6. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
7. Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, Salesforce DX)
8. Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices
9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
10. Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
1. Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
2. Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Marketing Cloud implementations
3. Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) for custom UI development
4. Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development
5. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
6. Previous experience in financial services or healthcare industries
7. Experience with Heroku integration and development
8. Knowledge of Salesforce Mobile SDK and mobile development
9. Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN)
10. Understanding of US data privacy regulations (CCPA, HIPAA)

1. Salesforce Architecture certification (Application or System Architect)
2. Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics and AI capabilities
3. Proficiency in additional programming languages (Java, Python, Node.js)
4. Experience with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica)

6. Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations (5000+ users)
7. Contributions to Salesforce developer community or open-source projects
8. Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) implementations

10. Previous experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical teams
