5. Support CI/CD pipeline operations and assist with automated deployment processes
6. Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement operational improvements
7. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and incident response
8. Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using tools like Datadog, New Relic, or Prometheus
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
2. 1-2 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or DevOps support
3. Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration and command-line operations
4. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their core services
5. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, load balancing)
6. Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
7. Understanding of version control systems (Git)
8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
