1. Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
2. Manage user account provisioning, access permissions, and system security protocols
3. Coordinate with external IT vendors for system maintenance, upgrades, and emergency repairs
4. Maintain inventory of all IT equipment, software licenses, and technology assets
5. Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization
6. Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software solutions
7. Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness
8. Provide basic training and documentation to staff on IT systems and applications
9. Monitor system performance and implement optimization measures
10. Manage IT procurement processes and maintain technology budget tracking
1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2. 2+ years of experience in IT support or coordination role
3. Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems
4. Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support
5. Strong knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
6. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
8. Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
9. Experience with help desk ticketing systems and IT documentation
10. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of computer equipment
Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
2. CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
3. Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS) administration
4. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and threat mitigation
