Ensure data quality and integrity through validation processes and HIPAA compliance protocols 5. Collaborate with clinical teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions 6. Support predictive modeling for patient risk stratification and readmission prevention programs 7. Prepare analytical findings for presentation to stakeholders including physicians, administrators, and executives

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field 2. 3+ years experience analyzing healthcare data in hospital, insurance, or healthcare technology settings 3. Proficiency in SQL and experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts) 4. Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards: HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding 5.
