1. Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business goals
2. Lead technology teams including software development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
3. Oversee technology budgets, resource allocation, and vendor management
4. Drive digital transformation initiatives and innovation programs
5. Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and compliance with regulatory requirements
6. Evaluate emerging technologies and implement scalable solutions
7. Establish technology governance frameworks and best practices
8. Collaborate with executive team on business strategy and technology investments
9. Manage technology risk assessment and mitigation strategies
10. Build and maintain technology partnerships and alliances
1. 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience
2. Proven track record of developing and executing technology strategies
3. Extensive experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
4. Strong background in cloud computing architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
5. Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives
6. Experience managing large technology budgets and P&L responsibility
7. Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements
8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
9. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
10. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
