1. Develop and execute enterprise IT strategy aligned with business goals
2. Oversee cybersecurity framework compliance with US regulations (NIST, CMMC, GDPR)
3. Manage $50M+ annual IT budget and technology investments
4. Lead digital transformation initiatives and cloud migration strategies
5. Direct IT governance, risk management, and compliance programs
6. Evaluate emerging technologies for competitive advantage
7. Build and mentor high-performing IT leadership team
8. Establish technology partnerships and vendor management strategies
9. Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery preparedness
10. Report to board on technology performance and ROI
1. 15+ years progressive IT leadership experience with 5+ years at C-level
2. Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation
3. Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks and US compliance requirements
4. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5. Experience managing $30M+ technology budgets
6. Demonstrated success in cloud architecture and migration strategies
7. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and IT governance
8. Excellent stakeholder management and board presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
1. Fortune 500 or large enterprise CIO experience
2. Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP)
3. Experience with M&A technology integration
4. Background in both technical and business leadership roles
