7. Implement and optimize CRM and ERP systems utilization
8. Develop and monitor SLA compliance across business units
9. Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration
10. Prepare executive reports on operational performance and strategic recommendations
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
2. 5+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or similar role
3. Proven experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
4. Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
5. Experience with CRM and ERP systems implementation and optimization
6. Demonstrated success in project management and cross-functional leadership
7. Excellent financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience
8. Strong communication and presentation skills for executive reporting

1. MBA or advanced degree in Operations Management
