1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
2. 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or consulting
3. Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
4. Hands-on experience with BI visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
6. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
7. Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
