We are seeking a skilled Back-end Developer to design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable server-side systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-performance applications, integrating with front-end elements, and ensuring seamless data exchange between servers and users. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to deliver robust backend solutions that meet business objectives.
Back-end Developer responsibilities include:
1. Develop and maintain server-side logic using Java, Python, or Node.js
2. Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
3. Build reusable code and libraries for future use
4. Implement data storage solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
5. Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
6. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
7. Implement security and data protection measures
8. Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members
1. 3+ years of professional back-end development experience
2. Proficiency in at least one server-side language (Java, Python, Node.js)
3. Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL)
4. Experience with RESTful API design and development
5. Knowledge of code versioning tools (Git)
6. Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications
7. Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
2. Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
3. Familiarity with microservices architecture
