Analytics Manager responsibilities include:
1. Lead and manage a team of data analysts to deliver high-quality analytical solutions and insights
2. Develop and implement comprehensive analytics strategies aligned with business objectives
3. Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
4. Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends and opportunities
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and establish measurement frameworks
6. Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions
7. Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all analytics deliverables
8. Manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints
1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
2. 5+ years of experience in data analytics with 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role
3. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
4. Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in Python or R for data manipulation
5. Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable business insights
6. Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder management
8. Demonstrated ability to manage analytics projects from conception to delivery
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's degree in a quantitative field or MBA with analytics focus
2. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and big data technologies
3. Background in developing machine learning models for business applications
4. Previous experience in specific industries such as e-commerce, finance, or healthcare
