4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows
5. Establish AI governance frameworks and ethical guidelines for responsible AI deployment
6. Monitor and report on AI initiative performance and ROI to executive leadership
7. Stay current with emerging AI technologies, regulations, and industry best practices
8. Build and maintain relationships with AI technology vendors and partners
9. Develop AI talent acquisition and development strategies
10. Lead AI change management and adoption programs across the organization
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field
2. 5+ years of experience in AI strategy development and implementation
3. Proven track record of successful AI project delivery in US markets
4. Deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision technologies
5. Strong business acumen with experience in ROI analysis and business case development
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders
7. Experience with AI governance frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
8. Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms
9. Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions
10. US work authorization and ability to work with domestic clients and teams
