Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data processing, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI systems. This role requires both technical excellence and practical problem-solving skills to drive innovation across various applications.
AI Engineer responsibilities include:
1. Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various applications
2. Develop and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines including data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment
3. Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production environments
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
5. Conduct research and experimentation with state-of-the-art AI techniques and frameworks
6. Implement MLOps practices for continuous integration and deployment of AI models
7. Monitor and maintain deployed models, performing regular updates and improvements
8. Develop APIs and microservices for AI model inference and integration
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years of professional experience
2. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
3. Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production
4. Solid understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and their applications
5. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
6. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
7. Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex technical challenges
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related quantitative field
2. Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision applications
3. Publications in top AI conferences or journals (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ACL)
4. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop) and big data technologies
5. Knowledge of reinforcement learning and generative AI models
6. Previous experience in specific industries such as healthcare, finance, or autonomous systems
7. Contributions to open-source AI projects or active participation in AI communities
8. Experience with model optimization techniques for edge devices or mobile applications
