VP Talent Management responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement enterprise-wide talent management strategies and frameworks
2. Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent analytics functions
3. Oversee performance management systems, career pathing, and leadership development programs
4. Design and execute succession planning for critical roles and leadership positions
5. Partner with CHRO and business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals
6. Manage talent review processes and calibration sessions across all business units
7. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout talent lifecycle
8. Oversee talent management technology stack implementation and optimization
9. Establish talent metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness and ROI
10. Lead change management initiatives related to organizational development and talent transformation
1. 15+ years progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR leadership roles
2. Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration
3. Proven experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide talent strategies
4. Expertise in performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
5. Demonstrated success in organizational design and workforce planning
6. Strong knowledge of US employment laws and regulatory requirements
7. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
8. Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
9. SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification
10. Experience with talent management systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)

2. Experience in multiple industries with complex organizational structures
