VP of Talent Acquisition responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning
2. Lead a high-performing team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists
3. Establish and monitor key performance metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, candidate experience)
4. Partner with CHRO and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines
5. Oversee employer branding initiatives and diversity & inclusion recruitment strategies
6. Manage recruitment technology stack (ATS, CRM, AI sourcing tools) and vendor relationships
7. Drive continuous process improvement and adoption of industry best practices
8. Manage talent acquisition budget and resource allocation
1. 12+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with 7+ years in leadership roles
2. Proven track record of building and scaling TA functions in organizations of 5,000+ employees
3. Expert knowledge of US employment laws (EEO, ADA, OFCCP compliance)
4. Demonstrated success in executive-level recruiting and complex stakeholder management
5. Experience with leading ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
6. Strong data analytics skills with ability to translate metrics into business insights
7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

1. Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA
2. Experience in multiple industries (tech, healthcare, financial services)
3. Background in both corporate and agency recruitment environments
