Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2. 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience 3. SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification 4. Extensive knowledge of US employment laws and regulations 5. Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution 6. Demonstrated success in talent management and organizational development 7. Strong leadership and team management capabilities 8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
