Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across software engineering, data science, IT infrastructure, and product development functions. The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This position requires deep understanding of technical roles, technologies, and the competitive landscape of the US tech market.

Technical Recruiter responsibilities include:

1. Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions from requisition to offer acceptance 2. Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical platforms 3. Conduct technical screening calls to assess candidates' programming skills, system design knowledge, and problem-solving abilities 4. Partner with engineering leaders to define role requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria 5. Build and maintain pipeline of passive technical talent for critical skill areas 6. Utilize applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse/ Lever/ Workday) to manage candidate workflow and data 7. Implement diversity sourcing strategies to build inclusive engineering teams 8. Negotiate compensation packages aligned with market data and internal equity

Must-Have Requirements

1. 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in US tech market 2. Proven track record of hiring software engineers, DevOps, data scientists, or product managers 3. Deep understanding of technical stack: programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript), frameworks, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) 4. Experience with technical interviewing and assessment methodologies 5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment CRM tools 6. Knowledge of US employment laws and compliance requirements 7. Demonstrated ability to manage 15+ requisitions simultaneously
