The ideal candidate will specialize in building robust talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging multiple channels to attract passive and active candidates. This role requires exceptional research skills, market intelligence gathering, and the ability to develop strong relationships with potential candidates to support our company's growth objectives.
Talent Sourcer responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative sourcing techniques
2. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across various departments
3. Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify talent trends and sourcing opportunities
4. Engage and nurture passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship building
5. Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure pipeline effectiveness and conversion rates
6. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
7. Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
8. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand talent networks
1. 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment support role
2. Proven expertise in Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
3. Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
4. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent pipelines
5. Strong research and candidate engagement skills
6. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
7. Understanding of US employment laws and recruiting compliance standards
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience sourcing for tech roles (software engineers, product managers, etc.)
2. Background in high-volume recruiting environments
3. Certification in AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other sourcing methodologies
4. Experience with diversity sourcing strategies and platforms
5. Knowledge of alternative sourcing tools (SeekOut, Hiretual, or similar)
6. Previous experience in agency recruiting or RPO environment

2. Proficiency in data analysis and sourcing metrics reporting
