Job Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with US employment laws and regulations.

Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities include:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage 2. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and professional networks 3. Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate hiring team evaluations 4. Build and maintain pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings 5. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective job descriptions 6. Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) 7. Ensure compliance with EEOC, OFCCP, and other federal/state employment regulations 8. Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity and reporting 9. Represent company at career fairs, university recruiting events, and industry conferences 10. Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding process for new hires

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2. 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in US market 3. Proven expertise with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) 4. Strong knowledge of US employment laws (EEO, ADA, FMLA, FLSA) 5. Experience with behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques 6. Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media 7.
