You will partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives and develop innovative sourcing strategies that align with our company's growth and diversity initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in talent market trends, employer branding, and data-driven recruitment methodologies.
1. Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for all departments and levels
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand specific team needs and competencies
4. Implement innovative sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, social media recruiting, and talent pipeline development
5. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and report on KPIs
6. Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance our market presence and attract passive candidates
7. Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations (EEO, ADA, etc.)
8. Manage recruitment budget, vendor relationships, and agency partnerships
9. Mentor and develop junior recruiting team members on best practices and industry standards
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. 7+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
3. Proven expertise in developing and executing strategic talent acquisition plans
4. Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations (EEO, ADA, FMLA, etc.)
5. Extensive experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
6. Demonstrated success in hiring for multiple disciplines including technical, sales, and corporate functions
7. Strong data analysis skills with ability to track and report on recruitment metrics
8. Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA
2. Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP)
3. Experience in high-growth technology or startup environments
4. Background in implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion recruitment strategies
5. Knowledge of international hiring practices and global mobility
6. Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns
7. Previous management of recruiting teams of 3+ members
8. Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques and Boolean search methodologies
