3. Utilize Boolean search techniques and X-Ray searches to identify passive candidates
4. Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments for cultural and technical fit
5. Track and analyze sourcing metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, and conversion rates
6. Maintain candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever
7. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
8. Attend industry networking events and career fairs to build professional networks
9. Implement employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction
10. Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring practices
1. 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment
2. Proven expertise in Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
3. Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
4. Strong knowledge of US employment laws and regulations
