Senior People Operations Manager responsibilities include:

1. Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transitions, and offboarding 2. Manage and optimize HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, or similar platforms) for maximum efficiency 3. Develop and implement people operations policies and procedures aligned with US labor laws 4. Lead payroll coordination and benefits administration for US-based employees 5. Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making 6. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO) 7. Manage employee data integrity and privacy protection measures 8. Streamline HR processes through automation and technology solutions 9. Lead cross-functional projects to improve employee experience and operational excellence 10. Mentor and develop junior HR operations team members

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2. 7+ years of progressive HR operations experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role 3. Extensive knowledge of US employment laws and compliance requirements 4. Proven expertise with HRIS systems implementation and optimization 5. Strong experience in process improvement and operational excellence methodologies 6. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion 7.
