Senior HR Manager responsibilities include:

1. Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals 2. Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for all US-based positions 3. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions 4. Oversee performance management systems and annual review processes 5. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness 6. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations (EEO, ADA, FMLA, FLSA) 7. Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives 8. Manage HR budget and vendor relationships 9. Provide coaching and guidance to leadership on HR matters 10. Develop and deliver HR training programs for managers and employees

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2. 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management role 3. PHR or SPHR certification 4. Comprehensive knowledge of US employment laws and regulations 5. Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) 6. Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and retention strategies 7. Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills 8. Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures 9. Preferred Qualifications

Background in technology or fast-growing companies 9. Experience with international HR operations 10. Previous work in companies with 500+ employees
