4. Implement compensation and benefits programs consistent with company standards
5. Oversee regional compliance with EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and other federal/state regulations
6. Conduct regional workforce planning and succession planning
7. Facilitate leadership development and training programs
8. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions
9. Manage regional HR budget and resource allocation
10. Partner with corporate HR on policy development and implementation
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. 7+ years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in regional/multi-site management
3. PHR or SHRM-CP certification
4. Expertise in federal and multi-state employment laws (California, Texas, or Northeast experience preferred)
5. Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
6. Demonstrated success in implementing HR initiatives across multiple locations
7. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
9. Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM)
10. Ability to travel 30-40% within the region
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's degree in HR Management or MBA
2. SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
3. Experience in specific industries: healthcare, manufacturing, or retail multi-unit operations
4. Union avoidance/management experience
5. Change management certification (Prosci or similar)
6. Bilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred)
7. Experience with mergers and acquisitions integration
8. Background in organizational development and design

10. Previous experience in companies with 5,000+ employees
