Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across multiple departments
2. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
3. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews using behavioral-based techniques
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
5. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools effectively
6. Manage job postings across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry-specific boards
7. Coordinate and schedule interviews while providing exceptional candidate experience
8. Negotiate job offers and manage the pre-employment process
9. Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and improve time-to-fill
10. Stay current with employment laws and regulations including EEOC and OFCCP compliance
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in corporate or agency setting
3. Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and metrics
4. Extensive experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
5. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (EEO, ADA, FMLA)
6. Excellent interviewing and assessment skills using behavioral-based techniques
7. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
8. Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
9. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
10. Experience with data-driven recruitment strategies and metrics analysis
