Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies aligned with talent acquisition goals
Manage employer brand presence across digital platforms including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and social media channels
Create compelling content including candidate testimonials, employee spotlights, and recruitment campaigns
Optimize career site for candidate conversion and implement SEO strategies for talent attraction
Analyze recruitment marketing metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and adjust strategies accordingly
Manage recruitment advertising budget and optimize spend across various channels
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand role-specific marketing needs
Implement and manage recruitment marketing technology stack (ATS integrations, CRM, analytics tools)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing or talent acquisition marketing
Proven expertise with recruitment marketing platforms (Gem, Phenom, SmashFly, or similar)
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and ROI measurement
Expert knowledge of social media recruiting strategies and digital advertising platforms
Experience with employer branding and candidate experience optimization
Proficiency in Google Analytics and recruitment marketing metrics analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Marketing or MBA
