Recruitment Manager responsibilities include:

2. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all levels including executive positions
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads
4. Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements
5. Oversee employer branding initiatives and candidate experience enhancement
6. Manage recruitment budget, vendor relationships, and agency partnerships
7. Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws including EEOC and OFCCP regulations
8. Lead and mentor recruitment team members while setting performance standards
9. Implement innovative sourcing strategies including social media, networking, and direct sourcing
10. Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation offers
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. 7+ years of progressive recruitment experience with 3+ years in management role
3. Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and levels
4. Extensive knowledge of US employment laws including ADA, FMLA, and Title VII
5. Demonstrated experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
6. Strong track record of improving recruitment metrics and reducing time-to-fill
7. Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor relationships
8. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
9. Proficiency in data analysis and recruitment reporting
10. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA
2. Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP)
3. Experience in both corporate and agency recruitment environments
