Job Overview

As a Recruitment Consultant at our firm, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top talent across various industries in the US market. You will develop deep client relationships, understand their hiring needs, and provide strategic staffing solutions while maintaining high ethical standards and compliance with US employment laws.

Recruitment Consultant responsibilities include:

1. Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to placement for clients across multiple industries 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates through strategic account management 3. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other US-based job platforms for candidate sourcing 4. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks 5. Negotiate job offers and compensation packages following US market standards 6. Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs for placements and revenue generation 7. Maintain accurate records in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) ensuring compliance with EEOC guidelines 8. Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking data to clients

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field 2. Minimum 2 years of agency recruitment experience in the US market 3. Proven track record of meeting placement targets and revenue goals 4. Strong knowledge of US employment laws and regulations (EEOC, ADA, FCRA) 5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close deals 6. Proficiency with major ATS platforms (Bullhorn, Salesforce, Lever) 7. Ability to build and maintain a network of qualified candidates 8. Valid US work authorization
