Recruitment Business Partner responsibilities include:
1. Partner with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop targeted recruitment strategies
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for mid-to-senior level positions across multiple business units
3. Utilize data analytics and market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and provide regular metrics reporting
4. Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
5. Implement employer branding initiatives to enhance company's talent attraction capabilities
6. Conduct competency-based interviews and assessment techniques to evaluate candidate qualifications
7. Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes for successful candidates
8. Ensure compliance with EEOC, OFCCP, and other federal/state employment regulations
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. 5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment
3. Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever
4. Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill positions
5. Strong knowledge of US employment laws and compliance requirements
6. Excellent stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills
7. Experience with data-driven recruitment metrics and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA
2. Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
3. Experience in multiple industry sectors with transferable recruitment expertise
