Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop innovative recruiting strategies, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and deliver top talent across various departments. The Recruiter will play a key role in shaping our company's growth by identifying and attracting exceptional candidates who align with our organizational culture and business objectives.
Recruiter responsibilities include:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions across diverse departments
2. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines
3. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews using behavioral-based techniques
4. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective job descriptions
5. Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools to manage candidate relationships
6. Coordinate and schedule interviews while providing exceptional candidate experience
7. Negotiate job offers and manage the pre-employment process including background checks
8. Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research
9. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and strategies
10. Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency environment
3. Proven experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
4. Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates through various channels
5. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (EEO, ADA, FCRA)
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
8. Experience conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software tools
10. Track record of achieving hiring goals and reducing time-to-fill metrics
Preferred Qualifications
1. Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar)
2. Experience recruiting in multiple industries or specialized technical roles
3. Background in employer branding and social media recruitment strategies
4. Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment
5. Knowledge of compensation structures and market pricing analysis
6. Previous experience in high-volume recruiting environments
7. Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools and platforms
8. Experience implementing and optimizing recruitment processes
9. Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field
10. Background in campus recruiting or university relations programs
